Late Prof. Murli Manohar Agarwal always nurtured the dream of serving the social cause of education. As a great visionary he was deeply in flounced by the philosophy of Ishwarchand Vidya Sagar. He could forsee the global need of Technical , Pharmaceuticals & Management education in new millennium which prompted him to establish RADHA BIHARI SIKSHA SAMTI, An educational society devoted to the cause of education, par excellence.

A two member Managing Committee oversees the operations of the Trust:
